Customer Support
Here at DFH, we understand that dealing with the burden of debt can be devastating. For this reason, we have a caring Customer Support Team to welcome you onto your plan and answer any questions you may have. Over the period that you’re with us, they will be always on hand for whatever you may need.
The Customer Support Team will check up on you at months 3 and 6 of your plan to ensure that you are still satisfied with the service you’re receiving. Creditor Liaison
The beating heart of our business is our Creditor Liaison Team who will deal with all creditor communication for you. We understand that being contacted by creditors can be overwhelming and scary.
