A “CIC” is when you have a change within your current circumstances that may have an effect on your income and expenditure.

A CIC could be:

• Change/Loss of Job
• Change/Loss of Benefits
• House Move
• Off work with a reduced income
• Bereavement
• Home or Car Repairs
• Come into Money – Inheritance/Windfall/Payout
